Email management
Custom Templates
To create custom email templates, navigate to the 'Email Templates' screen at the top right of the Stakeholder Management screen. If default templates don't meet your needs, you can create up to 8 custom emails. Click 'Add' in the custom templates section, then enter a template name, title (email subject), and content. If you want stakeholders to log in or activate their account, check 'Include login button.'
You can add text to default templates by clicking 'Customize' next to the template. Use placeholders to dynamically populate emails by selecting 'View placeholder' and choosing fields. To preview a template, click the 3-dot menu and select 'Preview' to see a pop-up window.
For editing or duplicating templates, use the 3-dot menu to select 'Duplicate' or 'Edit.'
Email Logs
If you've sent emails in bulk, you can view sent emails and their status on the email logs tab by exporting.
If an email has failed you can retry on this screen.
