Date format change
Whats new?
Dates displayed on the platform have been changed to a new format which will ensure date values are clearer and easy to understand by users based in more locations.
How does it work?
Why is it important and how am I affected?
Date values have been updated across the platform in all areas where a date value can be input or displayed.
This update has been applied to the following areas:
Date values that display on all platform screens
Date value input fields for all new records added
Date value fields within Import template files
Date values for records within all export files
Date fields within all reports exported from the site
Convertible Instruments transaction linkage
Whats new?
Company Administrators can now view the origin convertible instrument record information within the transaction details of a share issuance.
How does it work?
When a convertible instrument has been converted, a transaction record is created on the share transactions screen of the platform.
Clicking on the transaction id or selecting 'View Details' from the transaction menu will show the transaction details screen which now includes a blue banner detailing the origin convertible instrument record, when the source of the transaction is the conversion of a convertible instrument.
Email Disclaimer Message
Whats new?
All emails issued from the Growth platform now include a disclaimer footer at the bottom of the message.
How does it work?
Disclaimer messaging will be automatically included on all emails that are generated and sent through the growth platform to administrators, participants and investors.
Why is it important and how am I affected?
This disclaimer messaging will not be visible on the email template editor screens within the platform. The message will only be applied at the point that the email is sent to a user.
