Restricted Stock Awards (RSAs) enhancement
Restricted Stock Awards (RSAs) are a form of stock generally granted through an equity plan, where the recipient gains ownership of the RSA shares starting from the grant date.
In this new version, any new RSA grants added will be immediately reflected on the cap table irrespective of its vesting schedule status, providing real-time updates and improved accuracy. As this moment, RSAs only support a time based vesting schedule being associated.
