Stakeholder Types
Stakeholders refer to all individuals or entities who have an equity stake in the company.
The majority of these are:
Shareholder's with an equity stake in the company and
Employees who have been granted an equity award.
When adding a new stakeholder, you need to select a Stakeholder Category. This dictates the shareholder group they feed into on the company Cap table.
