

Stakeholder Types
Stakeholders refer to all the individuals who need to be added to your account.
The majority of these are:
Shareholder's with an equity stake in the company and
Employees who have been granted an equity award.
Other stakeholders include Legal, HR or Financial personnel, whom you wish to add in an administrative/advisory capacity.
When adding a new stakeholder, you need to select a Stakeholder Type. This dictates the shareholder group they feed into on the company Cap table.
