Adding Stakeholders
Stakeholder refer to all individuals or entities who have an equity stake in the company.
The majority of these stakeholders are:
Shareholder's with an equity stake in the company
Employees who have been awarded an equity grant
Others including Legal, HR or Financial personnel, whom you wish to add in an administrative advisory capacity
