Plan Documents card
Whats new?
Plans now have a dedicated plan documents card. This documentation is shared with participants that have grants from this plan.
How does it work?
As an Administrator, navigate to the Plan Management screen and click on a plan. There is a dedicated plan documents card to add, remove or download documents. These documents are also visible to Participants via the plan folder in the documents library of their participant portal, if they have grants from the plan.
Previously uploaded plan documents are also visible on this card. Documents uploaded by Administrators into the plan folder of the documents library, will also be accessible on the plan screen.
Why is it important and how am I affected?
This feature allows Administrators to quickly and easily add, remove, download and share plan documentation with participants with grants from the plan.
