In the Share Classes screen, select 'Add share class' on the top right of the screen.

Input the details of the share class in the Modal;

Share Class Name - Input the name given to the Class of shares e.g. Ordinary shares, Series A etc. This will be detailed in your incorporation documents.
Share Class Type - Select Share Class from the dropdown, this can be Common Stock, Preferred Stock, Growth shares, Standard CRCP or Enterprise Ireland CRCP.
Board approval date - This is the date the board approved the share class
Par Value - Input the nominal or minimum price at which shares can be issued. It will be detailed in your company incorporation documents. This can also be referred to as Nominal or Face Value. For 'No par value' shares, input '0'.
Voting Rights - Select if their will be voting rights associated with this share class. Voting rights is the right a stakeholder to vote in matters of corporate policy.
Voting Rights per Share - Input the voting rights per share a stakeholder will have. Shares typically carry one vote per share and each share gives equal right to dividends,
The description is optional but generally includes specifics on the share class such as how many shares have been reserved for that class.
