Tasks for share certificate signing

Introducing the new Tasks center which is a centralized hub for company administrators and participants for getting their equity related jobs done. This first iteration supports share certificates , making certificate signing faster and easier for both company signatories and participants.

The "Tasks" button on the top right hand corner of the platform will display a bubble count of tasks that require your attention.

For company administrators:

Clicking on the tasks button will open a task dashboard and similar task categories will be grouped together
You will only see tasks where you are the signer or approver for that specific equity workflow
For share certificates, clicking on the 'Sign' button will open a side drawer view within the application for you to quickly action that task without redirecting you to a different page

For participants:

Clicking on the tasks button will open a list of tasks that require the participants attention
For share certificates, clicking on the 'Accept and sign' button will open a side drawer view within the application for the participant to quickly action that task without being redirecting to a different page

This first iteration is just the beginning; soon, you will start to see additional approval workflow tasks being displayed in the tasks center including option & SAR exercise approvals, restricted stock releases, grant agreement signing and much more!
