Documents Overview

The Documents area of the platform makes it easier than ever for administrators to manage their companies most important documents.

Its a centralized repository for uploading, organizing and overseeing the documents relevant to your company’s formation and share plans.

The feature is visible and accessible only to company administrators ensuring the secure storage of vital files without the potential risk of inadvertently sharing these with other stakeholders.
Previously any documents that were added to Plans on the plan screen were mirrored on the Documents area however this is no longer the case. Documents uploaded against the plan will only remain accessible on the plan, and will be visible to participants who have grants from that plan.
Participants do not have access to the Documents feature on their participant portal, however they can continue to access documents that have been added to their individual grant and share transaction.
Remember! Documents added to plans on the Plan Management page will be visible to stakeholders who have grants from that plan.
