There are different access to see and manage the Growth Platform. Different role types at the company (founder, investor, employee, etc) can have different types of access.

The different types of access are explained bellow:

FULL ADMINISTRATOR

Full administrator access gives the user access to the full company account and all functionalities. They will be able to edit and delete, add new users, award grants, and use the scenario modeling tool. This access is more suitable for Founders.

READ ONLY ADMIN

gives the user full visibility of the company account. This maybe suitable access to grant to a legal team. It gives full access to the platform but does not allow the user to add, delete or edit transactions. Suitable for some types of investors, advisors, or shareholders.

ADVANCED INVESTOR

Advanced investor view gives the user both a view of their own holdings and a view of the company Cap table. The Cap table they see will be the same as the Cap table that appears on the Summary page on the company account. This is a viewing page only and the user has no ability to edit or delete. It allows the user to view their own holdings and the holdings of others as a percentage of the fully diluted capital of the company. It is more suitable for some types of investors or advisors.

PERSONAL INFORMATION ONLY

It gives the user visibility of their own holdings only. They can log in and review their current holdings, along with all grants of restricted stock, options or any convertible notes held. It is restricted access through the participant portal and is more suitable for employees, investors, or shareholders.
