Cap Table Reconciliation report
Overview
The Cap Table Reconciliation report is an excel based report which provides a comprehensive view of the key data that constitutes the companies Cap Table figures.
How to download the report
On the Cap Table screen, click on the export button and choose whether you want to export the Cap Table only or the Cap Table Reconciliation Report.
Understanding the report
The reconciliation report will have all the exports from different areas of the platform. Each tab represents an individual export on the platform.
On the Cap Table tab within the report, you can click on specific hyperlinked figures and will be redirected to the source of those values. This will help you to interpret how these totals are calculated.
