How do I add, delete or view documents or folders?

To get started, navigate to the Documents & Reporting > Documents section.

Adding documents - Click on the Add document button and select a file from your desktop or drag & drop a file into the upload modal to add it. Currently only one file can be uploaded at a time, and the max file size is 10MB.

Adding folders - Click on the Add folder button which allows you to input a folder name inline. Hit return to save the folder name or click on the tick mark to save the folder name.

Downloading documents - Simply click on the document to download it or select Download within the 3 dot kebab menu adjacent to that document.

Previewing PDF's - PDF documents can be previewed within the platform prior to be being download. Click on 3 dot kebab menu adjacent to that document and select Preview

Renaming folders - Select Rename within the 3 dot kebab menu adjacent to that folder.

Deleting documents or folders - Select Delete within the 3 dot kebab menu adjacent to that document or folder.
