Exercising Options
There are two ways in which options or SARs can be exercised on the platform
Participant- if a participant has been invited to access their account, they will have the ability to submit an options/SARs exercise request from the participant portal once the option/SARs start vesting and the exercise window is open.
Company Administrator – the administrator of the platform can also submit an exercise request on behalf of the shareholder for instances where;
Historical grants and exercises need to be reflected post event
An participant is unable to access their account
