Exercising Options
There are two ways in which SARs can be exercised on the platform
Participant- if a participant has been invited to access their account, they will have the ability to submit an SARs exercise request from the participant portal once the SARs start vesting and the exercise window is open.
Company Administrator – the administrator of the platform can also submit an exercise request on behalf of the shareholder for instances where;
Historical grants and exercises need to be reflected post event
An participant is unable to access their account
