Transactions Export
You can export all share transaction information by selecting on the Export button on the top right of the Share Transactions screen.
In the transactions export you can view the following details as of the time of export;
ID - This is automatically assigned to the transaction and is used as a reference for share certificates
Shareholder - This is the shareholder the transaction relates to
User ID - This is the ID assigned to the shareholder in the 'Users' screen
Share Class - This is the share class of the transaction
Source - This is referencing the type of transaction (Issuance, Restricted Stock Release, Options Exercise, Growth Shares, Class Conversion, CRCP conversion, Transfer (IN), Transfer Surplus (Out))
Shares - This is the number of shares in this transaction
Issue Date - This is the date the transaction was issued
Vesting Start Date - If vesting has been applied, this is the date vesting started on this transaction. If vesting is not applied, this field will be blank
Vesting Schedule Name - This is name of the vesting schedule applied to this transaction. If vesting has not been applied, this field will be blank
Shares Vested - If vesting has been applied, this is the number of shares that have vested at the time of export. If vesting is not applied, this field will be blank
Shares Unvested - If vesting has been applied, This is the number of shares that have not yet vested at the time of export. If vesting is not applied, this field will be blank
Hurdle Price - This field is only applicable for Growth Shares and refers to the hurdle price applied to a growth shares award
Transaction Price - This is the price per share associated with this transaction, if there is no price associated with this transactions the transaction price will be '0'
Capital Committed - This is the amount of capital the shareholder has committed in return for equity. If there is no capital committed the field will show '0'
Origin - If this transaction has occurred from another transaction (e.g. a transfer from another shareholder) this field will show the original share certificate ID
Status - This is the current state of the transaction (Outstanding, Transferred, Converted, CRCP Converted, Repurchased)
Shares Outstanding - This is the number of shares that are currently held by the stakeholder, if there is no shares outstanding this field will show '0'
No. Shares Repurchased - This is the number of share repurchased, if no shares have been repurchased this field will be blank
Repurchase Date - This is the date a repurchase has taken place, if no shares have been repurchased this field will be blank
No. Shares Transferred - This is the number of shares that have been transferred, if no shares have been transferred this field will be blank
Transfer Date - This is the date a transfer has taken place, if no shares have been transferred this field will be blank
Shareholder receiving shares - This refers to the shareholder that is receiving the shares in the case of a transfer, if no transfer had taken place this field will be blank
No. Shares Cancelled - This is the number of shares that have been cancelled
Cancellation Date - This is the date of the cancellation
Cancellation Reason - This is the reason why the transaction was cancelled
No. Shares Converted (Share Class) - This is the number of shares that have been converted into another share class, if no shares have been converted this field will be blank
Conversion Date (Share Class) - This is the date the share class conversion took place, if no shares have been converted this field will be blank
No. Shares Converted (CRCP) - This is the number of shares that have been converted from CRCP shares into a common or preference share class, if a CRCP conversion has not taken place this field will be blank
Conversion Date (CRCP) - This is the date a CRCP conversion took place, if a CRCP conversion has not taken place this field will be blank
Destination - If this transaction has been repurchased, transferred, CRCP converted, share class converted or repurchased this field will show the new share certificate ID, if no subsequent transactions have taken place this field will be blank
Transactional History - The full transaction history of the transaction will appear here
Comments - Any comments associated with the transaction will appear here
Cancellation Comments - Any comments associated with the transaction cancellation will appear here
