How do I open an option exercise window?

Opening an exercise window allows employees to exercise their options from a specific plan. This process can be managed through the plan management screen by enabling the exercise window and setting the appropriate dates.

1. Access Plan Management:

   • Log in and navigate to the "Plan Management" section.

2. Select the Plan:

   • Choose the plan for which you want to open the exercise window.

3. Enable Exercise Window:

   • Turn on the "Exercise Window" option.

4. Set Dates:

   • Define the start and end dates for the exercise window. If these are left blank then the exercise window will be open indefinitely.
