How do I record a growth shares repurchase?

Growth shares may be repurchased when an employee decides to sell their shares after it has surpassed the hurdle price, on an exit event or when the employee leaves the company before they have met their vesting requirements.

Growth shares can be repurchased from either the 'Share Transaction' or the 'Equity Grants' screen in the 'Growth shares' tab.

To find a growth shares transaction record you can use the filter function to search by the shareholders name or filter by transactions with a source of 'growth shares'

On the record you wish to repurchase select the three-dot menu and select repurchase from the dropdown.
