On the transaction record that you wish to transfer, select the 3-dot menu and select 'Transfer'

In the transfer shares window you can view the following details and can specify the details of the transfer:

Shareholder to transfer from - This is the shareholder whose shares you are transferring from

Share Class - This is the share class of the shares you are transferring

Shares Outstanding - This is the number of shares currently held by the shareholder in this record

Price per Share Paid - This is the price the shareholder has paid per share

Transfer Shares to - Select the stakeholder from the dropdown that the shares will be transferred to

Shares Transferred - Input the amount of shares to be transferred (This can be for all or a partial amount of outstanding shares)

Transfer Price - Input the transfer price per share (this is automatically imputed as the price per share paid but can be modified)

Transfer Date - Input the date the transfer took place

Shares Outstanding Post Transfer - This is the number of shares held at the original share class after the transfer

Comments - record an internal note in relation to the transfer. This is displayed to the Administrator only and is not visible to the recipient.

Once you have entered all information relating to the transfer, select 'Submit' to save
