Configure Share certificates

To configure share certificates, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the 'Share Certificate Configuration' tab under Company Settings in the 'Company' section.

  2. Branding: Toggle this option to attach the company logo to all share certificates. Upload the logo under the 'Profile' tab in Company Settings.

  3. Signatory: Add up to two signatories for share certificates. The selected signer(s) must sign the certificates before they are sent to participants. At least one signatory is required for the online certificate workflow.

  4. Terms: Customize the terms on the front of the share certificate according to company requirements.

  5. Legends: Configure optional legends on the second page of the share certificate.
