

How does a designated plan signatory review & sign a grant agreement document?
When a grant is issued from a plan with grant acceptance enabled and a designated company signatory has been selected, the generated grant agreement document is required to be reviewed and signed by that signatory.
The grant and the grant agreement document are not made visible to the stakeholder until after this is completed.
The designated plan signatory will be required to login and navigate to the Equity Grants screen
Grants that require their review and signature will have a "Review" button visible in the grant acceptance column
Click "Review" to display the grant agreement document
The signatory can click the "View details" button to drill into the grant in more detail, or click "Approve and sign" to append their name to the grant agreement document
The grant will then be visible to the stakeholder for them to review and accept through the platform
