How does a stakeholder review & sign their grant agreement document?
When the stakeholder logs in and has grants pending their review and acceptance, a banner will be displayed on their Dashboard. Clicking on the 'here' url on the banner will redirect the stakeholder to the relevant tab on the Equity Grants screen.
Grants that require their review and acceptance will have an "Accept" button visible in the grant acceptance column
Click "Accept" to display the grant agreement document
The stakeholder is required to confirm they have read, understand and agree to the terms outlined within the grant agreement by ticking the checkbox and clicking "Accept and sign". This will append their name to the grant agreement document
Grants that have been accepted by the stakeholder will display a note underneath the grant status label on the Equity Grant screen e.g. "Accepted on 01-Jul-2023"
