Grant acceptance calls to action & grant agreement signing improvements
In this release 5.56.0, we have made it quicker and easier for plan signatories to review and sign grants that are part of the grant acceptance workflow. New banners on the participant portal make it easier for participants to find and accept their grants through the platform.
Whats new?
On the ‘Equity Grants’ screen, grants that are in the grant acceptance workflow have a dedicated button which allows designated plan signatories to review the grant agreement document on screen and immediately sign it.
New notification banners have been added to the participant Dashboard and grant view details screens, so its easier for participants to find and accept their grants.
How does it work?
On the ‘Equity Grants’ screen, designated company signatories will see a “Review” button for each grant that requires their review and signature
Clicking “Review” will open the associated grant agreement document and allow the signatory to approve and sign the agreement on behalf of the company
On the ‘Equity Grants’ screen, Participants will see an “Accept” button for each grant that requires their review and acceptance
Clicking “Accept” will open the associated grant agreement document and allow the participant to accept and sign the agreement

The grant acceptance workflow feature allows companies to automate what is typically a very manually process. These improvements make it quicker and easier to find, review and sign grant agreements through the platform.
