Attach documents when adding shares

Whats new?

Company administrator now have the ability to attach documents on the ‘Add shares’ modal.

How does it work?

On the share transactions screen click ‘Add shares’ a company administrator can add documents on the modal by clicking ‘Add document’. Any documents uploaded in the modal will be available to download by the company administrator and participant on the share transaction details screen.

Why is it important and how am I affected?

Previously, company administrators could only attach documents after adding shares on the platform through the details screen. This enhancement allows important documents to easily be attached when adding shares and to be shared with participants.
