We are very excited to announce an important change in the evolution of our business. After almost two decades, Global Shares is becoming J.P. Morgan Workplace Solutions.
What is Workplace Solutions and how will it benefit you?
Workplace Solutions provides holistic financial solutions for your employees, executives, and founders. Cap table management and equity compensation will remain at the heart of our offering. What will change is the addition of new products and services that will elevate the experience for you and your team.
Our name change and new look and feel is the first step on this journey. You will see our new logo appear in the platform, and we’ll be rolling out changes to our website, social media channels, and at events. As we rebrand to Workplace Solutions, you’ll see an in-platform 'Powered by Global Shares’ tag, assuring familiarity and continuity for your team. In the months ahead, we’ll be iteratively rolling out exciting changes to the digital experiences.
Workplace Solutions will include much more than equity management. Executive Services, which is being actively rolled out on a regional basis, will provide your senior leaders with access to financial advisors and a dedicated Executive Services Desk with elevated individual support. Additionally, in time, your participants will have access to in-platform education and financial wellness tools.
We’ll keep you posted of new services and enhancements as they become available, and our teams will be on hand to explain the benefits of our new services, features and functionality when the time comes.
