Company Valuations
Companies can now add valuations to the platform to easily record and track them over time.
Valuations can be added by navigating to Company Overview > Valuations > Add Valuation.
The platform supports the following valuation types:
Share Price - used on the participant portal to calculate 'equity potential value' and cash settled awards
Public Valuation - this can be used to record an estimated share price based on a company specific valuation method which can be linked to a share class
AMV - 'Actual Market Value' per share class specifically for companies incorporated in the UK
UMV - 'Unrestricted Market Value' per share class specifically for companies incorporated in the UK
The valuations chart can be viewed by 'valuation type' and 'share class' , by simply adjusting the filters in the top left hand corner of the chart.
Valuations can easily be edited or deleted, by clicking on the 3 dots button for that valuation record in the table underneath the chart.
