Round modeling Improvements
In this release fixed percentage note conversions are now supported on the round modeling tool for Techstars companies.
Founders now have the ability to see the impact of their Techstars fixed percentage loan note conversion on their upcoming funding round using our round modeling tool.
Fixed percentage loan notes must be added to to the platform on the 'Convertible instruments' screen before it can be converted on the round modeling tool. Once added, on the round modeling screen input the details of your funding round and select your fixed percentage loan note along with any other notes to be converted in the round. Run the scenario to see the impact on the cap table.
