Option exercise enhancements, round modelling charts and warrant tracking improvements
In this release we are excited to share the following changes:
Stock Option Exercise enhancements
Introduces the ability to link a Fair Market Value (FMV) to plans with an open option exercise window to support exercise calculations and allows admins to optionally upload a generic exercise agreement for participants to accept.
Participant view has a redesigned UI for creating exercise requests, including exercise agreement acceptance and an FAQ side drawer, as well as visibility into estimated tax withholding for NSOs option holders based in the U,S.
Each exercise request now features a detailed page with a step meter and updated payment statuses
Admins gain new capabilities to edit pending option exercises, including on bulk actions, and record additional details related to offline manual payments for option exercises.
Round Modeling Charts
New charts have been added to the round modelling feature
Admins can now visualize dilution impact, valuation changes, and the top five stakeholders through interactive graphs
Additionally, admins can search stakeholders within the graph, making data interpretation and visualization more intuitive and user-friendly.
Warrant tracking improvements
Warrant classes have been removed and warrants can now be linked directly with a share class.
Warrants now support tranche vesting edits, document uploads and comments.
