Participant portal dashboard overview

The participant portal dashboard is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive overview of their equity holdings, estimated value, vesting progress and tools to forecast how increases in their company's valuation will affect their equity.

Useful tips!

You can preview a participants dashboard who have a role of Personal Information Only or Advanced Investor by clicking on their name on the stakeholder management page.
Each equity type has its own dashboard tab, for example, if a participant only has options they will see an options tab; if the participant has options and shares, they will see two tabs on their dashboard.
The company's share price valuation visibility can be managed from the participant portal settings tab on the company overview page. When enabled, participants will see the quantities and estimated monetary value of their equity based on the visible share price and their equity value calculators will be automatically adjusted to reflect the visible share price;
When disabled, participants will only see the quantities of their equity, no monetary values will be visible and their equity calculators will require the participant to input their own share price.
