On the Plan Management page, select the 'Add Plan' button.

Select a plan type.

Input the following details.

Plan Name – Refer to Plan documentation

Plan Type – Choose from: Options, Restricted stock units, Restricted Stock Awards, Stock Appreciation rights (non dilutive only supported) or Growth Shares

No. of shares reserved for the plan – cannot exceed the total number still available under the plan pool. Should be specified in the Plan documents.

Plan Creation Date – board approval date. This date cannot precede the plan pool creation date. It determines the date from which you can grant awards under the plan.

Plan Expiration Date – the last date under which you can grant an award under this plan. Usually 7 to 10 years post plan creation date.

Treatment of Forfeited (Unvested) Shares – Refers to the treatment of unvested shares in the event an employees contract is terminated. These shares can be returned to the plan for redistribution or directly back into the authorised share balance.

Treatment of Expired Shares – Refers to treatment of vested shares in the event an employees contract is terminated or they have not exercised their right to purchase prior to the grant expiration date. Again, the shares can be returned to the plan reserve or the authorized share balance.

Exercised Window - The exercise window refers to the period of time in which participants can exercise their awards. You can select to close the exercise window to restrict grant exercises during particular periods of time or until a stated event.

Pool Shares, Share Class and Available under Pool will auto populated depending on pool selected.
