Stakeholder Types

Stakeholders refer to all the individuals who need to be added to your account.

The majority of these are:

  • Shareholder's with an equity stake in the company and

  • Employees who have been granted an equity award. 

Other stakeholders include Legal, HR or Financial personnel, whom you wish to add in an administrative/advisory capacity.


When adding a new stakeholder, you need to select a Stakeholder Type. This dictates the shareholder group they feed into on the company Cap table.
