Repurchase Improvements
Company administrators can now record the repurchase of growth shares on the platform. A repurchase of growth shares can occur when a shareholder decides to sell their growth shares, when an exit event occurs, when a shareholder leaves the company, or is terminated.
Growth shares repurchases can be recorded on the platform on either the growth shares equity grant or share transaction record. Simply, select repurchase from the dropdown menu and input the details of the repurchase to reflect the repurchase and see the impact on your cap table.
