On the 'Equity Grants' screen click the 'Add Grant' button on the top right of the screen.

On the Add Grant screen input;

Stakeholder Name - Select the stakeholder you wish to grant options to

Grant ID - Assign a Unique identifier associated with the grant (e.g. OPT-001)

Plan Name - Select the option plan you wish to grant the award from

Number of Shares Granted - Input the number of Options granted to the stakeholder

Grant Price - Input the grant price

Grant Date - Input the date the award was granted to the stakeholder

Expiration Date - Input the date the options will expire

Option Type - Select the option type from the drop down

Enterprise Management Incentive (EMI) - A tax-advantaged share option scheme usually used by smaller companies provided they meet the qualifying criteria set out by HMRC (UK). These options allow a participant to acquire shares over a set period of time wherebyofit realised when exercised are typically not eligible for income tax.
Company Share Option Plans (CSOP) - A tax-advantaged share option scheme usually used by companies to grant options to selected executive directors or employee's, whereby any profit realised when exercised are typically not eligible for income tax
Incentive Stock Option (ISO) - A tax-advantaged share option scheme usually used by U.S. based companies, provided they meet the qualifying criteria set out under the Internal Revenue Code. Typically participants need to hold ISO's for a specific period of time before they can exercise the awards.
Non Qualified Stock Option (NQSO) - A share option scheme that does not qualify for favorable tax treatment, typically participants pay tax when exercised and any subsequent sale of those options.
Share Option (SO) - A vanilla option grant awarded to participants giving them the right to buy a share in the company at a future date, either at a discount or fixed price.
Other - Any other type of option grant that does not match the

Filed with regulator (optional) - If the grant has been filed with a relevent regulatory body select this box. An additonal field 'Date of filling' field will appear if this checked.

Vesting Schedule - Select the vesting schedule

Vesting Start date - Input the date vesting starts on this grant. (This field will not appear if a milestone vesting schedule is selected)

Once all required fields have been inputted click 'Submit'
