How do I grant restricted stock?

Prior to granting a restricted stock award to a stakeholder;

1. The stakeholder must be added as a user on the platform

2. A Plan Pool must be added

3. A RSA or RSU Plan must be added

4. If a custom vesting schedule is required, it must be added to the platform (There is a set of default vesting schedules already available on the platform which can be applied to grants)
