How do I add and invite users?

To get started on the platform add users to the 'User Management' screen

Users refer too all shareholders that are included in your cap table, employees under an equity plan or representatives/advisors that will operate the account on behalf of the founder or require access to the company cap table and reports

Before recording share issuances or adding equity grants to the platform, you must first add the stakeholder to the platform.

There is a number of different roles on the platform that give specific users access to certain information. It's imperative that before inviting users that their role and access type is correct.

When you are ready for users to login, you can send them an invite to access their account.

How do I model a funding round?

How do I reflect my funding round?

Having successfully completed your new funding round, it’s time to update the cap table! You can do this by adding securities on the platform or by using our bulk import feature on various screens.

Don't forget to send an invite through the platform to ensure all new and existing shareholders aware of their equity stake.

How do I add an equity plan?

Once your plan has been approved, it’s time to add it to the platform.

Launching your first plan? Step one is creating a plan pool.

Your plan pool is essentially the pot of shares the company has reserved for distribution to employees under a particular share class. One or numerous plans can feed from this pool.

Regardless of whether or not you’ve started granting awards from the plan, it’s important to get the plan pool set up to ensure that the cap table is reflected on a fully diluted basis.

How do I grant equity awards?

Once grant allocations have been signed off, it’s important to reflect equity grants on your account.


When an equity grant has been added it impacts the plan reserves, it is important that this figures is up to date on the platform

Providing you already have a plan in place, adding an equity grant is simple. Follow our step-by-step guide below.

Equally, if forfeited and expired shares get returned to your plan for redistribution, its' important to get these reflected on the account as soon as possible post a grant termination.
